Pésima atención al cliente, no digo que todos los empleados pero uno particular y más ahora que lo hicieron supervisor, 0 resolución de problemas, te dice lo que tú ya sabes más no la solución. Es como " ah si alrato se arregla". Antes de ser supervisor, también tenía esa actitud de "superioridad". Es hora de que no me soluciona, nisiquiera el supuesto # de atención al cliente.
Excelente servicio y calidez humana de los despachadores.
