If I could give a 0 star, I would. I used the tire pressure for hardly 2 minutes, and they charged me 12 dollars. I spoke to the lady in the store right after I was charged and she told me I would be refunded the amount not used. When I called to dispute the transaction after a week for refund the lady at the store told me she has a customer waiting and not to waste her time. Very arrogant lady and bad customer service.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. On January 5, 2026 around 8:00 AM, I went to this ARCO gas station to put air in my tires. I paid with my card and started using the air machine, but the air was not going in at all. Instead, it felt like air was leaking out of my tire.
