Soni that works there needs to retire. He wasted 30 minutes of my time. He asked for my phone number connected to my membership account and said there's no account with my number then asked for my license plate and I gave him my membership card. He kept asking me if the last number was a 2 and I told him that I was pretty sure it's a 3. He made me go out and check...which indeed it was a 3. People are really friendly that work here.
Everytime I come past 9:30 pm there is a sign on the door saying bathroom break or be back in 5min but ive waited 20min and they never re open. Tonight I waited 15min, left and 10 min later came back. The sign on the door was gone but it was still locked. Cant say customer service is bad because it isnt open.
I I bought trail mix & needed to use the air , the guy (Chris) behind the counter was cert and somewhat standoffish telling me the access code would be on the receipt. We I went back to the air and water station to attempt to use it.. nothing was rendered..
