Twice now, the store took my money and activated a pump I was not at and did not say. Two times now, they failed to accept the fact that they were wrong and refuse to fix the issue. What I fail to understand is, any other gas station will fix the issue right away. Not these people. And I have contacted Phoenix Police and filed a theft report. What a shame. I had been a loyal customer for a long time. Shame.
