I stopped by to pay for gas using Apple Pay, but the pump wasn’t working and told me to go inside for a refund. I walked in politely to explain the situation, and instead of helping, the employee at the counter IT’S name is neumann rolled IT’S eyes, got defensive, and started exaggerating IT’S words like I didn’t understand English — when in reality, IT’S the one struggling with it.
