It's currently Monday September 1st @ 10:30pm and I just left this Arco. Actually I was just humiliated to near point of tears by the extreme rudeness of this store's main manager. I've done several times since moving to this area a month ago to refill my own cups with ice for my walk home. I entered the store and placed my bags upfront as per store policy and asked the cashier lady if I may please fill my own cups with ice and was told yes.
