I went to get fuel at ARCO (1110 W Manchester Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90301) on 4 February 2025. I topped up at the cashier inside (since i'm not from CA and don't have a postcode) Using my credit card, i tapped 3 times on the EDC machine but the cashier told me the payment did not go through. When he checked, he told me that the station ran out of fuel so the system is down. Today i realised that i was charged 3 times (100USD each), so in total i got mischarged 300USD. Can you help look into this issue?
