ARCO AMPM, February 3, 2025, I came here to meet my daughter & she is a big rig truck driver (Tanker) so we decided to have a late lunch so I went to "Sbarro" for the New York Pizza & I got me two slices & a Large Drink (the special) & she had gone to "Port of Subs" to get herself a sandwich & a bag of chips & a large drink also their special. The worker on night shift was horrible, he harassed me for hours when my car had broke down. I had communicated to him that I had lost steering and my serpentine belt had fell off the track and could no longer move the vehicle but I was waiting for help to arrive. I was not blocking any of the pumps and I was to the side where I would not be in the way of any customers, nor was I making a disturbance just waiting in my vehicle.
