Great service and polite people.
None of the pumps work for transactions, and the clerk is on his phone just staring at me right now as I try to go inside and pay cash, but the doors wont open. I dont even know how this place is in business, last week it tried to charge my account $150 on a transaction I never made. Definitely calling BBB and filing a fraud report.
Only two pumps were accepting card, the rest had error screens on the display. Impressively bad.
pump 6 was not working properly so I was unable to pump gas. went inside to notify staff of issue and confirm there were no transaction generated on my card. Clerk was unable to provide any customer service . Person did confirm the pump charges my card a small amount. he made no effort to resolve. I had to be proactive to get the funds back. Dont bother call Arco customer service, they have a number but no service here either.
Not cool that they advertise themselves 24 seven when they are close and this is not the only one I’ve been a few around the area and they all have the same sign.
