pump 6 was not working properly so I was unable to pump gas. went inside to notify staff of issue and confirm there were no transaction generated on my card. Clerk was unable to provide any customer service . Person did confirm the pump charges my card a small amount. he made no effort to resolve. I had to be proactive to get the funds back. Dont bother call Arco customer service, they have a number but no service here either.
Not cool that they advertise themselves 24 seven when they are close and this is not the only one I’ve been a few around the area and they all have the same sign.
I tried buying a starbucks coffee for 3$ as marked in the fridge. The price charged was 4.50$. I asked for a refund the manager is arguing with me on how it’s not the same item. It’s not my fault they didn’t mark the items properly??? Didn’t receive my refund because I was in a hurry and he is arguing over it instead of giving the refund and just going to dispute it. Horrible staff and try to overcharge people when they are not paying attention. I took a pic of the price of the nitro vanilla cold brew on the top row.
