Angelica demonstrates extremely poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude toward both customers and her coworkers. Yesterday, she made an error and then directed another employee to ‘teach me how to pump gas’ in a disrespectful and condescending manner when she put the gas in a different pump!!!. This is not the first time I have witnessed her behaving inappropriately; I have repeatedly observed her raising her voice and speaking aggressively to the other employees.
