We went to the Arco location in Salmarine to get fuel at night. I scanned my card at the machine I wanted to buy fuel from, but I couldn't because it kept rejecting me. I tried to make a transaction from 3 different machines, but the problem persisted. I asked the employee inside to help me make a transaction with my credit card. Unacceptable Lack of Communication and Customer Service I recently had a truly baffling and frustrating experience at this gas station. As I pulled up, an employee was just finishing with another couple. When I then approached the window to pay for my gas (since the doors were closed), he saw me and immediately ran and hid in the back. Seriously, was he afraid of someone who's 5'0" and 90 lbs?
