This is one of my favorite Arcos in the southbay to get a cup of coffee. Every time I go in there the coffee station is very clean and organized. The workers are either organizing the shelves or mopping the floor making an effort to keep the store in pristine shape. As I've worked in customer service I appreciate how I'm always greeted with a smile and kind words. Compliments to the manager who is taking care of this arco, you're doing a great job!
Terrible experience at 1:30pm today. The woman behind the counter was very rude and had a disrespectful mouth . I highly recommend not going to this location and using any other gas station. Not to mention she wasn’t wearing a name badge as her coworker “love” just stood by watching as she proceeded to be unprofessional.
