Worst service ever. I was there on 12/22 to get gas, and pump 3 was not working. The employee was extremely rude and told me I didn’t understand anything instead of helping. Completely unacceptable.
Pump 3 failed to dispense gas properly, but I was still charged. When I requested the employee to inspect the problem, he behaved in an unprofessional and hostile manner and refused to take any action.
Terrible customer service didt great me or even said a thank you or how are you. As I paid I had to say twice how much I wnated in gas because I had gotten ice cream as well. After I paid he simply left didt ecen handed me the ice cream or offer me receipt I had to reach over the counter for the ice cream. As someone who manages 3 separate gas stations I always expect my costumers to be treated and thank for ther patronage
