Toni was extremely rude. My friend had forgotten her card outside.Because we paid cash for gas, but decided we wanted a drink after we had paid. And she or he decided that it was okay to make a disgusting rude face to my friend , and when I commented on it she /he tried to cover it up and they were rude as all could be to me as well so I left my soda on the counter and walked out.I definitely will not be giving this place any more of my money considering I get gas here almost every day. Terrible gas station the pumps never work. Currently the card reader and the RFID don't work. Don't go here if you want gas RFID Readers are down at the pumps. Why? 11/7 RFID still down why? It's more secure Today at 6 a.m. the store was closed inside This morning June 14 the register was down this is the third time I've tried to buy an energy drink before work and couldn't. Strange the gambling was still working though.... Priorities I guess. The staff is always wonderful.
Normally the car wash attendant is really great but today the attendant was lazy, slow & incompetent!! I have never been so disappointed with my car wash as I was today. Yet he had the nerve to have his tip jar out I always tip the attendant well but not today.
It's Saturday morning and somebody has already completed washing their car yet when I pulled up today there's a cone in front of the drive port. This wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have to wait around for 5 to 7 minutes with absolutely no sort of customer service intervention; nobody came out to address if somebody was on a break, nobody said anything. Again, it's a Saturday morning and people are ready to start making moves. If the Arco is open and the wash is open, then let's get business done
