Very rude customer service, the lady was acting like we were bothering her. Rang us up and didn’t even ask if we would have liked a bag.
I arrived there around 12:30 am on June 8th 26 and there was a sign on the door saying break time I'll be back in 10 minutes, I was waiting for 330 minutes and other people are waiting, manager needs to know about this
I have the Arco app which I have used hundreds of times so I know it. I had a scratcher reward for a free medium soda and the cashier wouldn't finalize the transaction. Instead she wanted me to pay full price. I said the soda was a reward then she said give me .40 cents then. I left without my soda then noticed the reward was used. She finalized the order after I left.
They have public restrooms that they don't let you use
