Stopped by ARCO at 8001 Broadway in Lemon Grove and had a solid experience. Veronica greeted me right away with a hello, super professional, easy to talk to, and just genuinely pleasant. Customer service like that makes a difference. They had Gorilla Mind energy drinks in stock, which you don’t usually see at gas stations, so that was a nice surprise. Prices were clearly marked on all the candy and drinks too. Lately a lot of places haven’t been posting prices, which isn’t cool. I respect spots that keep everything transpare... read more

Brain dead workers. I got charged $16 for 2 sodas @$2.50 each and one beer at $1.49 ... even if the scanner got it wrong, the cashier should of caught the error immediately. I was able to dispute $6 but the cashier couldn't look at the receipt and add 3 items In her head. So I lost $4 😕in this purchase all because they got me all confused with a refund that didn't add up. They kept my receipt and I just gave up. Buying a few drinks shouldn't be this difficult. Even if they are making minimum wage. I worked at an am/pm back ... read more
