Hostile Employee Behavior: An employee named Douglas was extremely rude and cursed directly at my mother when she simply asked for a new car wash code after an issue with ours. Refusal to Help or Escalate: When asked for management contact information, Douglas refused to provide any phone number or manager details. Profanity & Threats: He used offensive, profane language toward my mother and tried to tell her she wasn't allowed to handle the issue or dispute the charge with her bank for the unfulfilled car wash code.
Nice people working there but I wish it wasn't in my neighborhood. Tends to draw noise and undesirables. I was happy with it in the beginning but now wish they never opened here.
