Preet the worker horrible customer service. I’ve come here over 10yrs. The owner very nice. But man the worker “Preet” very rude . No patients!!
General staff is pleasant and responsible, but the owner? Not only refused absolutely to perform a basic operation that is part of their business and literally legally required here in California, but then?.....then, also proceeded to SIGNIFICANTLY disrespect me, too - even after I remained pleasant, infinitely patient with them, and even calmly explained both that they were legally obligated AND that I had spent literally thousands of $ at their station.
