I paid cash for gas and came back for change, but the door is closed with sign saying that they will be back soon. I had to wait exactly 25 minutes. It was 9:00 at night, and I was the only customer paying cash. Employee should wait just in case customer may come back for change. She ( Dottie ) said she cleaned the restroom, never said sorry. ( Cleaning restroom is not an urgent thing to do ) Bad customer service. I've been a regular customer since moved to this neighborhood 5 years ago. Not anymore
My family and myself have been coming to this particular gas station since 1989 we owned a business next door in the auto center and lived in the area since 1986. I've seen This particular ampm change owners at least four times since 1989 however the most recent ownership and some of the new employees have changed some of their policies regarding the restroom. So I guess in today's society it's okay to deny restroom to a pregnant woman just because it's 9:00 on a Sunday night. I don't know about anybody else but I was raised... read more
