They lie about someone being in the restroom all the time, and make you wait for reason when they rudely know no one is using it. They can kindly say they don’t want you using the customer restroom. And I used to pump gas there everyday for personal and working vehicles, but I learned the second time after waiting for more than 30min.Know I stop pilot or flying J where they have great customer services clean in every aspect.

Homeless people there 24/7 , the staff are always mad, and rude
