Good place I like it
This Arco has started allowing a food truck "The Blue Fish Kitchen" to operate in their parking lot. Unfortunately this food truck blasts their music until way past midnight every night. After numerous calls, they still continue to do so. Arco is knowingly and willing allowing this obvious violation of the RWC sound ordinances and is becoming an enormous nuisance to the entire neighborhood.
