This Arco is nice and and everything, but the service sucked. Bought a car wash and the clerk had my receipt. Clerk wouldn't come out to give me the receipt. Doors were closed. But I guess it didn't help that there was two crackheads next to me.
Have to wait in the long line just to get an answer for the code to use the restroom.
Not 24/7 i went and it was closed at 2 A.M.
Extremely disappointed how the person in charge today handled a situation that happened at their car wash. The car wash machine arm completely sheered off our driver side mirror of our Show Jeep vehicle. The person brushed us off and said Tough luck. We are considering cancelling our corporate account with Arco and possibly going to small claims. It's not about the cost of the mirror, it's how it was handled. Your staff needs to be trained in customer service and customer relations. Do better Arco.
