If I could give a NO STAR I would Customer service was horrible MONA was so rude. Rolling her eyes at me for asking if I can please redo my loyalty number, then refused to clear the transaction, literally 4 things 🤦🏽♀️ This is not the first she has an attitude, but im always polite with her, but not today she was so unprofessional for something so small. No customers in site or in store, for her to be acting like that. This will definitely be my last time coming here
I visited this ARCO recently during the evening, and unfortunately the customer service from the night cashier was disappointing. I've witnessed him speaking disrespectfully to other customers, and during my visit I was simply trying to transfer money before paying. I politely asked for a moment and requested that my items be set aside, but instead I was met with an impatient attitude and unnecessary criticism for not being ready.
