Gentleman at front counter extremely rude and homophobic. I told him I was waiting for an Uber and was feeling unsafe and if I could wait inside for my ride and he shook his head at me glared at me and forced me to leave and wait outside and feel scared for what would happen to me since it was late at night. Horrible customer service I hope they lose their job. I'm a very honest kind person and he treated me like absolute trash. Please do better. Lived here 25 years and never experienced something like this
