Today, May 16, 2026, at approximately 5:45 p.m., I stopped by the ARCO gas station to fill up my fuel tank. I sometimes refuel here, on my way to work due to its convenience. Usually, all the cahiers provides standard service; however, I asked for his name, as well as the name of his supervisor, but he adamantly refused to provide any information; Accordingly, I felt compelled to take his photograph as evidence. By wasting such a good location, I have had this happen several times. Here, I pay $60 at the front desk for the fuel, but the fuel dispenser only gives you $40. While refueling, the attendant watches me through the small window. When I go back to ask the attendant for a refund, they have already prepared to give me $20 back. If you don't pay attention to the fuel amount, you just walk away with $20 in their pocket. Please be more cautious when refueling here.
