Aside from half the pumps not working, them shorting change because of lack of pennies. The only good thing about this place is the employees. Worst decision Parkland ever made was to sell this place.
One of my tires was at 22 psi and I was able to get it to 30 after being charged $4 in quarters. After that, I attempted to fill up another of my tires which was at 28, trying to get it to 30 as well, but it instead decreased the air in the tire tremendously after I attempted it for a minute. It fact, the second tire went from 28 to 23 psi. Air service needs to get upgraded, but other than that, I havent had any other issues here.
Came to the liquor side of the store and the woman working DEMANDED to see our ID’s. She was incredibly aggressive for no reason. I’m 28 and my friend is 30, we gladly showed her our ID’s but we were so taken back by how aggressive she was we almost left. We were still browsing and I’ve never been asked for my ID before checkout before. I understand if we were underage she would have had to kick us out but she was so terribly unprofessional. I think some retraining needs to happen.
