Not a reliable partner. They say one thing and then tell you another after months of going back and forth. Cut our loan amount by 25% so we moved on from them. Look elsewhere for reliable funding.

Brokers: Archwest steals clients. My broker and I brought a deal to Archwest. They literally stole the client from us, and closed two loans with the client outside of us knowing before our first loan even closed. Had we not caught them they'd have gone on doing it in perpetuity - never telling us. They've taken no responsibility, and they've ignored the broker who brought me the deal in the first place.
