Only experienced about 1-2 days from this lender, but the guy Nick Duarte completely ignored me and didn’t even have the decency to return my email. Inquired about a construction loan, and was told yes they’d be interested, and then out of the blue was told no. I replied just asking as to how it wouldn’t qualify as it was within the advertised ltc and ltv, but got no response.
Daniel Farber is a stud and has helped us on several projects, most recently a pretty large one. The ladies in the back office are on top of it and work tirelessly to cross the T’s and dot the I’s. Couldn’t have done it without them. Thanks, Danny and Team! 💪
