A very pleasant and accommodating service and experience, I went in with my head hung low and my heart was weary but everyone o came in to contact with addressed all my concerns. A very special shout out to Amanda the social worker she is a rare person and thanks to the whole facility including the receptionist who were the first ones I encountered Customer service is everything when you're going through a situation
It was a very pleasant doc visit like none other I've ever gone to.. everyone was so friendly.. great genuine customer service. I met my new doctor & he’s very thorough. I look forward to being taken care of by this great staff at Archwell Clinic
