Terrible experience. They treat people as if they're only worth the money that they pay. They are deceitful, selfish and extremely unprofessional. Mike lacks common professionalism and is in it for purposes of greed and to have a sense of control over his pitiful life. Pam and Donna run the Val Visya house and do so extremely poorly.
