This surgery should be ashamed of themselves! My sister who is depressed and has just moved house tried to register a few times and she was spoken to like crap, she left in tears!! Honestly I wouldn’t take a poor sick dog to this place. Constantly being asked over and over again for more forms to be filled in and more information. Whatever happened to kindness and humanity!!
