My job started in July. Joe started out really professional. After the job was done on my roof I began calling to see why the debris was still in the yard. I wanted to know why the shingles were lifting up. I called, text and emailed Joe and Theresa with no response. Finally I spoke with Sam which was very arrogant. Roof leak after they installed new roof. I called them multiple times and they are not willing to fix leak next to my fireplace. I called other roofing company and they sugessted fix around chimney flashing which cost me $ 900. Archway Conntractors I would not recommend to anyone.

I had Archway Contractors replace my roof about two years ago, and recently I noticed a small leak. I gave them a call, and they came out promptly to inspect the issue. It turned out to be the caulking around a pipe flashing, which wasn’t something they had replaced during the roof work. To my surprise, they caulked it up for me at no charge and gave me some helpful advice to check the flashing every five years to avoid future issues.
