We had Archway build our home in Cedar City, they did a great job getting things together in a hard year for residential construction. Even once the home was complete and we had questions they were helpful in resolving our concerns. Would recommend.

This was our fourth house I’ve had built, and this builder was awesome. He answered are questions in a timely manner discuss planning for house costs and answered all of our questions and was honest with his answers. Truly the best Builder I’ve had in the last 30 years, so every house isn’t perfect this one is dang near perfect.
Arch way has built my house and I couldn’t believe how easy they made it for us. They were very communicative and listen to anything we wanted or asked. They were honest with us on stuff we asked and I appreciate that. If we didn’t build our forever home with them I would build with them again. I would recommend them time and time again as this was our second house we built as we just moved to cedar. If you don’t choose Archway you are making a massive mistake.
They were okay to work with when I was building my house, but now that I have some questions about the house and the quality of their subcontractors. They won’t even return a text or phone call. All I would’ve needed was a yes or no answer.
