Fantastic service, car was as described and Tracey was very friendly and very helpful, will most certainly recommend them.
What can I say from my first contact to viewing and purchasing the vehicle a1 class treatment I had a 2 day window to view and source the car I wanted and was by far the best one I seen brought there and then …. Initially, Tracey and Curtis come across as kind, fair and knowledgable (while they want you to purchase a vehicle) and to this day I cannot fault Curtis, he seemed really genuine and hasn’t caused me any problem. I also cannot deny that they allowed me time to think about the purchase and were quick to answer any questions I had. However, the after sales provided by Archway cars has been abysmal. I cannot stress enough just how amazing this company is. I was a little anxious as my experience of dealerships hasn't always been positive, but they were so friendly, clear and fair on price. I was going to use the 'webuy...' website and SO glad I didn't. I will be recommending Archway Cars to anyone that listens!
We travelled down from Scotland for a wee Mini. Daunting as it may sound we had great communication from Tracey the whole time, she assured us the car was in great condition and wouldn’t have us travel all that way if it wasn’t. Just as she said, the car was perfect. Her and Curtis were welcoming, helpful and overall we had a great experience. Great from start to finish. Thank you, I’m in love with my wee car.
