Archway Carpentry gave me an estimate to put in two doggy doors. I agreed to their price and asked when they could install them. Never heard back. I emailed them again and no response. I emailed them one more time and again no response. I’d give them a D-. If they didn’t want to install them, were too busy, whatever the reason, at least respond and let the customer know they don’t have time.
