Joel coated my roof with silicone four years ago, which he said would last a lifetime. He gave a written five year workmanship warranty, including annual inspections. He never came back to inspect the roof, and didn’t return my calls (texted that he would call soon) when there was a large leak this summer, just four years after his work was done. UPDATE: I'm not talking about wanting roof maintenance. You tried to trick me into thinking I HAD to pay for maintenance to keep the warranty valid. Quit being dishonest I hired these guys to do a new roof for me a couple years ago. The contract given to me mentioned a 2 year roof inspection as part of the validity of the 5 year warranty. When I called about this after two years, I was told I had to pay $450 for maintenance which Joel claimed would be checking for leaks and loose screws.
