My beautiful wife and I spent about two years planning and designing what we wanted done in our back yard. I called Rob and within a week or so they came out, listenedto our ideas and even gave better ideas to help improve what we had come up with. Shortly after his crew came out and started work. Rob made an appointment with my boyfriend and never showed. Only got a text back after my BF left a message. Rob, wanted to reschedule for next week some time. After not calling and wasting our morning why would we want to do business with you now? If you are looking for a company with some professionalism, look somewhere else because this is not that company!
Contacted them several times for someone to give us estimates and do some work in our backyard,(pacer patio build and fence line clearing of vines) never heard back from them. Left messages and even got someone, sounded like a teen, one the phone once finally and gave him my information. He said someone would call me back...never heard from them.
