Our neighbor has his grill next to his garage unattended with very high flames almost hitting the trees and apartment. (he does this all the time, yet nobody will make him stop) The guy across from us has a VERY aggressive dog, it tried to attack both of my dogs who hide behind me in fear. Then a few minutes ago we watched the same dog charge another small dog growling and barking. If there was an option for 0 stars, they would get 0 stars. Infested with bugs and they say there's nothing they can do about it because "they live in the walls" This is by far the WORST apartment experience I ve ever had. I feel pity for anyone that is foolish enough to sign a lease there. Their office practices are crooked and deceptive. I received nothing but detestable customer service any time I had an issue. Horrible management and not worth what you pay. The staff at Archstone put on a good show to get people in the door, but beware once you are in. At my lease renewal, they expected me to pay a 13% increase. 13%. I have had an ongoing problem with wasps for MONTHS that has been unresolved. I came home one Friday to an apartment full of wasps and was told to wait until Monday because they weren't dangerous.I cannot leave soon enough. Good riddance.
