I visited Sussex At Kingstowne and I really thought they treated me unfairly and I wrote a review and was honest about their interaction with me and I moved on. They refunded me my 150.00 months later and it was a pleasant suprise and I give them five for integrity and honesty for righting a wrong done me, in my opinion. This is the worst apartments we have ever lived in. There customer service is awful. In order to discuss an issue we ended up having to call the corporate office in order to get the office to take the time to talk to us. There windows and doors are not weather proofed so you are either having to crank the heat or the ac way up in order to get it comfortable in your apartment. Maintenance takes forever to fix issues.
