Not a long wait. Staff is nice and friendly. Hygienist was great. Dentist was great. I really like this dental practice because they don't bug you to death, and if you need anything done they let you know and let you know what the cost is up front. Not pushy like a lot of places.
Drive 30 minutes for my appointment only to find the doors locked and it closed. I got confirmation texts that morning and yet, they didn’t even reach out to let me know. And I messaged them and called them when it happened and yet, I still have yet to hear from them. Insane that they’ll charge you a no show fee but the same doesn’t apply to them when they no show you. Even FedEx tried to deliver a package during business hours and they were closed. Nice staff and fast
Great care staff, went in for my kiddos wisdom teeth removal and was impressed by the reception as well as the person who took the X-rays for my kiddo, they helped answer the question even before I asked them... My ins changed before sc date and verified it that morning of surgery n gv me the new price, loved the service surgeon was easy to talk to and answered all the questions, only concern I had was the Tylenol with codeine for my 16 year old, but besides that service was great customer service was impeccable..
