Great care staff, went in for my kiddos wisdom teeth removal and was impressed by the reception as well as the person who took the X-rays for my kiddo, they helped answer the question even before I asked them... My ins changed before sc date and verified it that morning of surgery n gv me the new price, loved the service surgeon was easy to talk to and answered all the questions, only concern I had was the Tylenol with codeine for my 16 year old, but besides that service was great customer service was impeccable.. There were several little things that made this a less than comfortable experience. The X-ray tech had to take several retakes to get acceptable pictures. It took a little while for the doctor to come in and when he did get there I thought he was a little too rough pulling on my cheeks. And the dental hygienist seemed new. She couldn't get the cord right she kept moving it around and I got barely any water to get the gritty out of my teeth. It's not a bad thing to be new, everybody has to learn, but just let me know.
Very friendly and professional
You deserve better. Dentist is always late - significantly and never apologizes. Last week he didn't even get to the office until an hour after the appointment time. Today while he worked on my 16 year old son, he chatted with his assistant about inter office drama with other employees. UNCOMFORTABLE. Rather than encouraging my son, he told him he was making his job "nearly impossible" by not being able to open his mouth wider. (Sir, he's got a small mouth. Deal with it professionally.)
