I love my little apartment, it was definitely clean when I came here the only reason why I gave them four stars was because my air went out a week later after moving in. But on the bright side they immediately got me a window unit to keep my apartment kind of cool while they get the parts. But other than that I have no complaints so far so good I've been here since April 15th. And very quiet.

Mold everywhere, everything falling apart, roaches everywhere, rats inside the walls and inside the a/c unit. Water and hot water is constantly getting shut off for some reason, Would not move here. And the only reason they get 5 star reviews is because they make raffles and contests where u can only win if u put a 5 star review😭id fill out a complaint if the app would actually work too, and i left multiple complaints about the rodents and mold🤣 maintenance staff are pretty good though
The first unit my wife and I lived in had mold and a massive leak Everytime it rained in the bedroom. And whenever they are servicing a unit adjacent to you with chemicals like spray paint or other substances that are harmful without proper PPE, management gives no warnings and does nothing to stop it from coming in through your vents. Very dangerous if you have any pets or reapeitory conditions.
