The property is in bad shape and the staff is unprofessional I’ve never had so many problems with one complex it’s absolutely insane how this place is actually still operating
Great place to live. Problems that are reported are usually fixed within 1 - 2 days. Office staff and maintenance crew are very friendly. Been here about 3 years now. When I first moved in we had rats and roaches now I do not see them anymore roaches every once in awhile. I used to smell marijuana real strong and cigarette smoke around the complex. My wife and I have allergies to smoke and so thankful the you have cleared that smoke up and never have a problem with maintenance issue. Staff and other tenants help me to take t... read more
Nice and quiet
Believe all of these reviews they are not lying or exaggerating. Its like living in a SLUM here. As I’ve reached my final straw with them. Maintenance order marked as completed but the works not done as they’re notorious for that! Absolutely don’t recommend staying in these disgusting apartments. Wouldnt wish these on my worse enemy and that says alot!
