Tried to tour the apartments. Had to call three times for someone to answer to set up the tour. Just showed up and the leasing office was locked since they were out for lunch even after calling to confirm tour time. Places also looked run down from the outside, pool seemed clean at least.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. Service requests are completed quickly. The property is conveniently located. Apartment is spacious compared to where I was previously resided.
In my apartment search, I was looking for more than just a place to stay I wanted a place I could truly call home. While exploring different options, I came across Lake Shore. Driving through the community, I noticed the little “stay off the land” signs, which I thought added a nice and unique touch.
