Used to think this place was wonderful—until I moved out. Now they’re trying to charge me $200 to “resurface” a bathtub that could have been cleaned with a paper towel. When I asked for proof that resurfacing was actually necessary, all they could provide was an invoice showing that the work was done—not any evidence that it needed to be done in the first place. I toured this apartment complex twice- once by myself, and then I had to share it the next weekend with my boyfriend because I loved it so much. Adam was amazing, knowledgeable and a great listener. He gave me/us a first class experience, and that is why I am hoping to rent here in the near future.
Don’t waste your time. Had an appointment on 4/18/26 at 3:30 PM to see an apartment. Nobody was in the office. Waited 20 minutes and left. Don’t bother with these people.
