If you like your privacy stay far away from here. They have many useless inspections just to invade your privacy. They refuse to respect the fact that I work form home and just barge in whenever they want. Horrible situation to be in. The unit I am in has so many issues. Do not move here , theirs so many hidden fees u have to pay extra theirs no deposit back , theirs so bugs u can’t get rid off , no matter how much u try , theirs so much people that move from this location please do not move here take this comment as I told you so
to be honest this apartment is not a 4 star community. when we were moving in here we were told not to move by a resident and we wish we listened . for the first year and a half we dealt with huge roach problem i was outside one day and one fell on my car. the water is so dirty i would have to let it run for at least two minutes before it turns a clear color , everything falls apart , the cabinets , toilet leaks, clogged kitchen sink . we never used the balcony the paint came off also pay your security deposit cash jetty is ... read more

Maintenance has no regard for your belongings when inside your home. This is just a small notch on a long list of complaints i have about maintenance. It’s already been communicated to management, but they intentionally avoid addressing those concerns. They will be posted once the lease is up, because unfortunately a maintenance has come to our place and argued with us on two occasions when we’ve made complaints to management.
