I had the **Water Element Spa treatment at ARCHON** and it was such a wonderful experience\. Paige was fantastic — she was professional, friendly and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment\. The whole experience was incredibly calming, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated\. I booked and paid online for an appointment [6th of August]. A few days later, I tried to amend the appointment, but I was unable to do so online. I called several times over the following days and left a voicemail, but no one responded. I also tried to contact them by email. Wonderful, well established place. Clean environment. And a highly professional team of long-serving staff and it’s well priced. Very happy with my facial waxing. I have already organised my next appointment for a facial.
After having my back waxed elsewhere, ultimately I was not happy with that service, decided to try somewhere new and after my experience here with Paige, I left feeling comfortable and confident to continue this service with Archon. It was professional and I felt cared for during the process.
I visited Archon for the first time after finding through Google. Paige was my kind of therapist. She whizzed through my Brazilian & leg wax professionally, with care but no nonsense. Highly recommend.
