I don’t know how they get such good reviews. Zero communication and zero response when requesting repairs to their work after completion. In late 2020 we did a complete pool renovation including replacing 2,000 square feet of concrete slab. The caulk joint where the tile and concrete touch split within weeks. We also have major differential cracks forming in the slabs. I can’t even get them to come look at it. Our 9 month old pool/patio has more cracks than the old setup did.
