M***, I am the owner of the company who responded to every text and every call as fast as I possibly could which was within the hour.I did everything I could to get this problem to get fixed in a timely manned but when dealing with a factory finish door which takes 6 to 8 weeks so I can't control lead times. I understand the frustration with my supplier which I have not had issues with myself for the duration of my career or I would not deal with them.
