ASW was recommeded by a friend as they did a great job. My intitial calls were great. I spoke to their office and their field person. However, I tried calling the office several weeks without getting a call back. I finally got a call back the person had a medical emergency the week before which I am truely sorry for. Kim (& guy that came in with more advice) was Excellent in helping me find stone for kitchen countertops & design for Waterfall Countertop She also referred me to Warehouse to look @ more stone on Delp Rd. Now just waiting for installation
I am rewriting my review today as ASW's repair was accomplished in a professional manner and to my satisfaction. I have given them a star for helping me find the quartz color and design that I wanted when another company told me it was no longer being made. I have given them a second star for accomplishing the repair of my original installation, and I am happy with it. I have given them a third star for recognizing my complaints and addressing them with their employees making sure proper installation protocols are met in the... read more
