They installed a custom spiral staircase and railings on a new build beach house for us. We upgraded and used Ipay custom railings and stairway treads. Many of the treads were defective with cracks and significant flaws and the railing was split in multiple places when it was installed. I contacted this company hoping to get a quote for a new staircase to be built in the home that we recently purchased. We have worried that the existing staircase is not safe for our kids. I left a message at the main number and Dale called me back quickly, leaving a voicemail and letting me know he would have his sales rep contact me. Soon after, I was contacted by Ron.
