The customer service is great. Product is great. We had a large project with close to 30 skylights to be replaced and had to be custom made and fitted. No complaints. There were two that had a manufacturing problem of some kind and we never saw them, they caught the problem and had replacements made immediately. I can’t remember a company better to work with and their Portland local so again zero complaints.
I bought two skylights from ASI in 2006 and after 20 years without a problem I decided to get proactive and replace them. I brought the old ones in, they measured them and built two new ones using the updated glass and the thermal block. I installed them myself and they fit perfectly! The new ones look and work great! Sharon has kept the family business at the highest standard. ASI is professional team and it’s a pleasure to say I have been a happy customer for 20 years! Rob Parker
