I contacted them to try and come out to look at a clearance issue regarding a refrigerator panel. After some initial emails, I was ghosted. When I called to follow up, they were combative and then refused to even come out and take a look, even though they said this is a issue they can address! I was and am willing to pay for a consultation, I guess they aren't hurting for business. Tom lied about emailing me back and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
