First experience with installing cornice. It wasn’t a perfect process but they always made things right and consistently communicated

TJ was an absolute pleasure to work with. He patientiently answered all of my questions, talked me through all of the options and explained the process of installation. We ordered serveral columns and were very impressed at the quality. Months later when we needed shutters, we returned to Architectural Mall and I asked for TJ. He worked tirelessly with me to achieve the look I was seeking, including additional sketchups for clarification. I would highly recommend their products and the service I received was top notch!
