It was a good experience. We had an issue with an incorrect shipping address; I contacted them, and they helped me resolve it right away! They are very friendly and answered all my questions.
AID is my go to supplier, Great Service!
Looks like they have great products which I wanted to purchase on their website but they have left my email unresponded to for over a month. Can’t purchase without an account and they aren’t helping me get an account. What a shame. Not a whole lot of suppliers around so this is a real dilemma
